I discovered a great snack last year, energy bites. They are yummy, healthy, protein packed, little bites of happiness. Great for before or after a workout, snack time, or just on the go. I love them. And, they are super easy to make!
Just mix together…
1 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Put the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours, roll into bite sized balls, then enjoy!
Yum.
Even my dog agrees. At least I think he does, since he ate half of the last batch I made.
